DESCRIPTION:

50 year old female presents with left Breast Cancer. Patient considered left breast nipple sparing mastectomy.

After a careful evaluation of the patient and discussing the options of autologous versus implant base reconstruction, patient was a candidate for immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expander and alloderm.

The right breast has 350 cc silicone implant and the left breast has 375 cc silicone implant.

Given her history of subpectoral implant – subpectoral tissue expander placement was recommended.
