DESCRIPTION:

Patient is a 57 year-old female who initially presented to my clinic with right breast cancer. The patient underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with tissue expander reconstruction and bilateral breast reconstruction with fasiocutaneous flaps. The patient then underwent DIEP flap reconstruction.

Surgery - bilateral breast reconstruction revision, skin paddle removal, donor site revision, contour of the abdomen and bilateral breasts, and associated liposuction.
