CONSULTATIONS

Cosmetic Consultations with Dr. Goldberg are $350, which may be applied to surgical procedures received.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

To make the most of your appointment with Dr. Goldberg, it is helpful that you come fully prepared. Please use the following checklist to see how you should prepare for your appointment. If you are unable to obtain the some of the information listed below, please let us know and we will help you obtain them

Prepare your list of questions before your appointment and bring them with you to make sure that you do not forget to ask about specific things you want to know.

FOR BREAST RESTORATION

COMPANION

Bring a Family Member or Friend to provide emotional support, an extra pair of ears, and an aid to help you write down things that you learn during your appointment.

FAMILY HISTORY

Learn about your family history of cancer. The history of cancer among female and male relatives and their age of diagnosis might influence the advice that you receive. Ask your parents and/or siblings if they know of any cancers among immediate or distant blood relatives that you might not be aware. Write them down, including the approximate age of diagnosis, and bring the list with you. Please use the attached form to record the information.

LIST OF DOCTORS

Please bring a list of the names, addresses, and phone numbers of all of the doctors who care for you so that Dr. Goldberg can discuss your care with them and properly coordinate a plan of care. Please include the contact information for your primary care doctor, gynecologist, internist, family practitioners, surgeons, etc. Please provide their complete name (first and last), office phone and fax numbers, and email addresses if you can get them.

LOCATION & PARKING

  • Beverly Hills: We are located in the premier medical building in the heart of Beverly Hills at 416 North Bedford Drive, Suite 206. We are just north of Wilshire Boulevard, two blocks West of Rodeo Drive. Valet parking is available, or you may choose the one-hour free Beverly Hills parking facility at the corner of Santa Monica and Bedford Drive.


  • Torrance: We are located at 5315 Torrance Boulevard, Suite 120.  Ample Parking is located at the intersection of Torrance and Henrietta.

OUT OF TOWN PATIENTS

Dr. Goldberg has been privileged to treat patients from across the globe. We realize it is not always easy to fly in simply for a consultation. We will accommodate you in whatever way we can by setting up a virtual consultation whereby you fill-out the necessary New Patient Forms and provide us with images via e-mail. Please contact us to find out how we can get you started.
