DESCRIPTION:

Patient presents with history of bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants that was placed subpectoral pocket. Patient now has a deflated right breast implant for 3 years.
Surgery: Bilateral revision breasts with explantation of implants and placement of new silicone implants in subglandular pocket.
