DESCRIPTION:

Patient is a healthy 39 year-old woman with history of right breast cancer.  Patient underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy. She elected to have bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction using her own tissue from the lower back (LAP Flap). Patient's reconstruction journey included:
