DESCRIPTION:

Patient is a 47 year old  female who had left breast cancer. She underwent bilateral skin sparing mastectomy followed by reconstruction using her own tissue.  Patient elected to not have revision surgery and the results are without liposuction. Her breast reconstruction journey included

Surgery 1: bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction using DIEP flaps
